Booking Terms and Conditions
In these terms and conditions terms the “Company” and/or “We” refer to Aberdeenshire Hypnotherapy.
On booking your appointment you will be given confirmation of costs, cancellation policy, payment details etc which you should read and make sure you are happy with. Along with your payment you will be asked to give your contact details. This will then form an agreement between you and the Company for your therapy. Once payment has been received you will be emailed directions to the property.
Successful sessions rely on your commitment and motivation. When you agree to partake in your therapy sessions, you, as the client also agree to be fully involved and committed to the process which also may include listening to an audio if provided. This also includes attending your sessions and arriving on time.
You accept that treatment is offered on the basis of the information you supply, which you represent and warrant to be complete and truthful.
Ongoing sessions will always be discussed with you and you will have the right to express your preferences regarding your treatment plan and timeframe.
You are free to end or withdraw from therapy at any time. The cost of any sessions paid for in advance but not used will be refunded on request, subject to my cancellation policy. Refunds will reflect the actual price paid if special offers have been used.
Your session will last approximately 1½ to 2 hours please allow yourself enough time for this. If you are getting collected please make sure your lift arrives on time as the premises may need to be closed at the end of your session.
If you are running late, please let us know as soon as possible. We will do our best to make a full session available, but this often depends on appointments subsequent to your booking and so cannot be guaranteed. If your session needs to be curtailed due to your late arrival then the session fee remains payable in full.
Your session will take place at Aberdeenshire Hypnotherapy unless stated otherwise.
Home visits may be available in some circumstances. This would incur extra fees. Please enquire for more details if you require this.
We appreciate at least 24-hour notice if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, so that we may offer it to someone else. The charge for sessions cancelled with less than 24-hours notice will be up to 50% of the full session fee.
The Company reserves the right to cancel an appointment at their sole discretion, this will only be in exceptional circumstances and as much notice as is possible will be given. The Company shall not be liable for any financial or other consequences of the cancellation.
We will always do our best to help you achieve a successful outcome to your therapy. However, you accept that an agreement to work on an issue does not mean that a particular outcome to therapy can be guaranteed. Fees are payable for your sessions and the time and expertise of the consultants, regardless of the outcome. Results may differ from person to person.
